IMPORTANT: Names look alike. Crew Mail + Services will not be responsible for delayed delivery or missing packages if the packages do not contain all required details.

STEP 3. RECEIVE EMAIL & PROCESS PAYMENT

We will notify you via email once your package(s) have been scanned and have been received at our facility. This notification will include photo(s) and package details, confirming that we will be delivering to your ship.

  • All standard package deliveries to the port are $5 per package. We receive, store and then coordinate your delivery upon payment completion. (48hrs prior the scheduled delivery date).

    16-25lb, 46-60 inches

    X-Large = $15

    26-40lb, 61-75 inches

    XXL = $20

    41-60lb, 76-90 inches

    XXXL = $25

    81lbs+ or 105 inches+

  • You will receive an e-mail notification that we have received your package(s). You will have the ability to view your packages including photo(s), tracking number and date received. Once you receive the notification, your package has been logged and will be ready for delivery or pickup.

    Feel free to create an account, to ensure your package(s) have been received. Click on the “Get Started” button on the top right of our website.

  • Our receiving hours are Monday thru Friday from 12-5pm. If they attempt a delivery outside of our receiving hours, then the carriers (Amazon, UPS, FEDEX, USPS, or DHL, etc) will re-attempt the delivery the following afternoon or business day.

  • We typically coordinate the deliveries to the port with your Captain and/ or your HR team onboard, port security and local port agents. Since we do not go onboard, we will load them on palettes or in transportation bags to be brought onto your vessel.

    The distribution of the packages is then executed by the onboard team and will be based upon their availability/ schedules.

  • We coordinate with your shipboard team and port officials to confirm the next target date for your mail delivery.

    New target dates are populated in our delivery schedule and can be viewed from your account dashboard.

 RETURNS

  • Absolutely! This requires coordination to land your item. You will need to work with your HR team to facilitate the process. Ensure that you attach the prepaid shipping label to the sealed return package. This should include your name and final destination on the label. We can then collect the item to return during the next delivery timeframe to your ship.

  • You will need to select the “UPS DROP OFF POINTS” option when submitting a return through Amazon. We cannot ship labels that have QR codes on them, only prepaid shipping labels with valid bar codes from shipping carriers, such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

  • You can email us the return shipping address and provide the item to your HR team and we will collect it from the pier. We will then take the package back to our office to measure and weigh the item to return and provide you with shipping options.

    Once all details have been confirmed, then we will send an online invoice for the shipping request.

  • Return assistance

    • We can assist by returning your items, below are the options for returns:

      • If you have the return label, please email us the full shipping label;

        • For Amazon returns, select the return/ replace option > UPS dropoff > email label to friend > info@crewmailservices.com

      • If you do not have a return label, we can provide you with shipping options

  • Store them

    • We have weekly and monthly rates for storage, click here.

  • Ship them to your home or alternate address

    • We can consolidate and pack the items, then provide you with shipping options to ship the package direct to your home, either internationally or domestic

  • Alternate pickup person

    • Someone can come collect your packages on your behalf, as long as we have your authorization via email of their full name and they will require a photo ID for verification when they come into the office
